5 Things We’re Proud of In 2023
ONE: 50,000+ Active Dear Grace Subscribers
Our refreshed community program has grown so much in just six months! Galvanize Together is now reaching over 50K women with Dear Grace columns, In Focus videos, and neuroscience-rich quizzes. These activities work together to help our growing audience explore different perspectives, increase their political knowledge and efficacy, and align their civic choices with their vision for America.
TWO: We Partnered with Outstanding Allies—Again!
Galvanize USA is proud to work with incredible organizations that are also working toward a better America for everyone. This year we were delighted to share our new program, our new ads, and a wealth of new research with our partners! We also collaborated with incredible research partners who made our year of qualitative learning possible.
THREE: Helping to Protect Safe, Legal Abortions in Ohio
Galvanize USA was proud to be a member of the Ohioans United for Reproductive Rights advisory committee, serving alongside critical state partners including the Ohio Planned Parenthood and ACLU affiliates. This work supported the very collaborative efforts that produced a major victory for reproductive freedom when Issue 1 passed this November. Congrats again, Ohio!
FOUR: We Uncovered New Layers to Our Audience’s Identity
We’re proud of how much Galvanize USA learned this year! From surveys to individual interviews to focus groups, the women in our audience taught us so much more about the issues and values that matter to them. If you missed our qualitative research, check out this blog and this one too!
FIVE: Each Other
When the Galvanize USA team chatted about what we feel proud of, many people pointed out their pride in other people’s contributions rather than their own. We’re not just proud of our research, we’re proud of how we’re working together to apply that research to everything we do, of what we’ve made with that research, and of how we’ve shared it widely.
And of course, we’re proud of and endlessly grateful for our whole community. We wouldn’t be where we are without the volunteers, supporters, newsletter subscribers, blog readers, and all of you out there who help make Galvanize USA great!
